Refund & Returns Policy
At TagYourTeam, our priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All custom-decorated products (including printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized items) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
- Errors in personalization that differ from the approved proof.
If you believe your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
Non-Custom Orders
For non-customized items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, email our support team at admin@tagyourteam.com with:
- Your order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions if eligible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
