Custom Orders Are Final Sale

TagYourTeam produces custom apparel specifically for your team. Because garments are ordered and decorated based on approved order details, custom orders are final sale.

Before Production Begins

We confirm the important details of your order before production, including garment style, color, sizes, quantities, logo placement, decoration method, and approved artwork.

Once production has started: changes or cancellations cannot be made. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless TagYourTeam made a production error.

If We Made an Error

If TagYourTeam makes an error and your finished order does not match the approved order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when the error is ours, work to correct the affected items.

  • Incorrect garment, size, or color supplied by TagYourTeam
  • Incorrect quantity produced
  • Decoration that does not match the approved artwork or placement
  • A production defect caused during decoration

What Is Not Considered a Production Error

  • Incorrect sizes submitted or approved by the customer
  • Changes requested after production has started
  • Normal differences in garment fit between brands or styles
  • Customer-approved artwork, spelling, colors, or placement
