We Review Your Branding
After reviewing your request, we'll contact you for your logo. We'll examine the artwork and confirm whether embroidery or DTF is the best decoration method for your garment.
New embroidery artwork: $25 one-time logo setup fee. Approved embroidery files do not pay the setup fee again on reorders.
We Confirm Your Order and Quote
We review your garments, colors, sizes, quantities, branding and timeline. Then we confirm availability and send your final team-order quote.
You'll know exactly what is included before making a payment.
You Approve and Pay
Review and approve the garment, color, logo placement, decoration method, quantities and final price. Full payment is required before production begins.
Production begins after your order details are approved and payment is received in full.
Production and Easy Reorders
After payment, your approved order enters production using the agreed garment, branding and decoration details.
We keep your approved uniform setup on file to make future team additions and reorders easier.
