CUSTOM ORDERS & RETURNS

TagYourTeam provides decorated apparel for teams and businesses. Garments are selected, ordered, and decorated according to the details of each order. We do not sell blank garments separately.

Because apparel is produced specifically for your order, decorated and customized merchandise is final sale once production has begun.

BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS

Before production, applicable order details are confirmed, including garment style, color, sizes, quantities, artwork, logo placement, and decoration method.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving these details before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Decorated merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange because of incorrect customer-submitted sizing, changes in preference, normal differences in fit between garment brands or styles, or customer-approved artwork, spelling, colors, or placement.

Please review garment selections, sizing, quantities, artwork, and approval details carefully before approving your order.

IF TAGYOURTEAM MAKES AN ERROR

If your completed order does not match the approved order details because of an error made by TagYourTeam, please contact us as soon as possible.

Examples include:

• Incorrect garment, size, or color supplied by TagYourTeam
• Incorrect quantity produced
• Decoration that does not match the approved artwork or placement
• A production defect caused during decoration

We will review the issue and, when the error is ours, work to correct the affected items as appropriate.

GARMENT FIT & SIZING

Fit and sizing may vary between garment manufacturers and styles. Size charts and garment information are provided when available to assist with selection. Selecting an incorrect size or fit is not considered a TagYourTeam production error.
